Meet the Team
Matthew Stilp is our Director. He ensures the smooth running of the business and is a hands on manager who does take up the tools to help where necessary. You may meet him when he comes to do a survey or site visit.
Ian has worked for us for over 20 years and is a multiskilled tradesman. His speciality is larger jobs where we may have several different projects on at the same site.
Scott has also worked with us for over 20 years. Although he is experienced in many areas Scott is our plumbing guru! There isn’t a leak that’s beaten him yet!
Dave is another of our multiskilled tradesman specialising in wet rooms and flooring. All Dave needs is a strong cup of coffee and he will get the job done.
Max is the newest member of our team having joined us in 2023. He is our electrician and attends all jobs to ensure the electrical side of things is just right.
Alan aka Mr Sunshine!
Alan is our resident Mr Fix it!! Alan works for us part time using his knowledge of the building trade to assist where needed.
Ralph is our flooring man. His speciality is wet room floors and safety flooring.
Sylvia has worked for M & J Stilp since the beginning and is in charge of our accounts department.
