A specialist area we cover is the installation of Aico Smart Link Environmental Sensors. We are an approved contractor for this product and have been fitting since the new regulations came out in 2023.

Aico Smart link has 3 main components:

• Fire & Carbon Monoxide Alarms

• Environmental Sensors that measure temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide levels

• The Gateway - collects information from the Environmental Sensors and alarms which helps improve health and safety by predicting the risk of conditions such as damp and mould in the home

These systems are ideal for landlords and housing association properties as they offer an extra layer of protection.
